Responsibilities

• Design and sketch preliminary plans for renovating houses or condos for properties that require improvement. Prepare briefs for outsourcing designers for properties needing extensive transformation.
• Review architectural, system, and construction designs from outsourced designers, identifying potential issues or site impacts.
• Plan, visit, and supervise the renovation work to ensure completion according to goals, maintaining contractor quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Plan, select, and source props or references to decorate spaces in line with the established mood and tone.
• Efficiently manage and coordinate with outsourced designers, contractors, and other related teams.
• Make swift decisions and resolve on-site issues when work deviates from the plan.
• Oversee and manage projects from the start of repairs to final delivery, ensuring successful handover to clients.
• Manage repair contracts, negotiate changes, and analyze impacts to adjust contract timelines.
• Regularly report project progress and prepare reports for supervisors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Age: 22-35 years old; male applicants must not have military obligations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Experience: 2-8 years in construction management and supervision.

Skills:

• Proficient in sketching preliminary designs and reviewing architectural, system, and construction plans from designers.
• Knowledgeable in structures, systems, and technical aspects of construction. Capable of assessing repair budgets within industry standards and engineering principles.
• Enthusiastic learner with a positive attitude towards work and clients.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure, ensuring adherence to planned schedules.
• Able to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Skilled in analyzing problems, identifying causes, and proposing solutions.
• Available to work 6 days a week.
• Owns a personal vehicle for site visits (expenses reimbursed per company policy).

Technical Proficiency:

• Experienced with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, Excel, Photoshop, Revit, or other related software.
• Able to present a portfolio of previous work for consideration.
• Prior experience in renovation design is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of architectural design and target audiences.
