The current zoning construct has been set up to ensure our renovation operation run smoothly with the high standard quality control. 1. Properties that are detached houses, semi-detached houses, and condominiums only.

2. Properties located in our areas specified (You can check the covered areas from the frequently asked question: "Which areas does Homerun purchase?")

3. Properties must provide at least 1 parking space. (For houses, parking must be available within the property. For condominiums, at least one designated parking spot is required, whether assigned or shared spot)

4. Condominiums for one-bedroom units, a minimum usable area of 50 square meters is required.

5. Condominiums for two-bedroom units or larger, a minimum usable area of 70 square meters is required.

6. Properties valued up to 30 million baht are eligible for purchase.

 

* Homerun Proptech. decline to purchase properties that are over 30 years old.

** Unsold or incomplete project are not eligible or accepted.

** Homerun Proptech. does not purchase “studio” type of properties, or the room size is smaller than 50 square meters.
